Adventure #175

Matt and I took our second day trip to San Diego last week. We rode the bus to the Zoo. Yeah! The Zoo! We paid for our tickets and consulted with the map to pick our route. The San Diego Zoo is huge. We first made our way to the Urban Jungle to see the bears and cats.

Can you see the turtle on top of the fence in the last picture? We happened to catch him making a break for it. He struggled and struggled. Then plop, into the water.

Then we saw the giraffes.

After, we made our way to the Elephant Odyssey and Africa Rocks sections. Sorry no elephant pictures they were inside. But look at this little guy.

We visited the polar bears. Matt's favorite.

We saw the panda bears after. So cute.

Would I make a good panda bear?

After, we went through the Lost Forest to see the hippos, monkeys, gorillas, and birds.

We rode the sky tram across the zoo, so we could visit the polar bears again. Then we took the double decker bus back to the front. We had a super fun time at the zoo. We will definitely be returning.
